⤷ Mobilizing Citizenship Toolkit is an online resource born out of the educational project held at ⤷ Kunstall Stavanger between 2018 and 2024. The toolkit includes knowledge, experiences, and reflections from artists, youth workers, and participants on how contemporary art can empower young people to express themselves and make their voices heard.
